Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in our mobility products, giving you peace of mind and demonstrating our commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. In the rare event of an issue, our market-leading after-sales service is here to help, with a dedicated team of professionals ready to assist you with troubleshooting, repairs, or replacement parts.
* Our 5 year warranty is available through our network of Approved Partners only.
† Our warranty is an agreement between Motion and the Approved Partner. It is the Approved Partner’s own policy whether to offer this warranty to a customer. Please speak to the Approved Partner for more information.
Registration
The Approved Partner you purchased your Motion product from will register your product within 30 days of sale.
Claims
To make a claim, you need to return to the Approved Partner where you purchased your product from. They will then carry out the required work.
Servicing
To maintain your warranty, your product is required to have an annual service carried out by an Approved Partner.

An Approved Partner is officially recognised & authorised by Motion to sell our products. This designation ensures that the partner meets certain requirements of quality, service and compliance.
Your warranty begins when the product is registered by the Approved Partner as sold to you.
The warranty covers any defects on all mechanical and electrical components.

• 3 year warranty on all other Lithium-ion batteries.
• 1 year warranty on SLA batteries.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage.
Yes, all product warranties are transferable between all Approved Partners. Contact your new local Approved Partner and they will be able to transfer the warranty on your behalf.
If the Approved Partner offers 5 year warranty, then the warranty is automatically applied upon the completion of the registration form by the Approved Partner when you purchase your Motion product from them. An annual service is required to activate the next year of your warranty – this can be chargeable.
